Gtek is committed to working with its customers to ensure great products with full warranties to perform up to our specifications.  Warranty information will be inside packaging.  You may returned your unused product within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding the price of shipping and handling.  All merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Some of our products come with free shipping.  Please be aware that if you return that item our shipping charges will be deducted. 

How to return an item

Submit a return request through our email form or call us at 303-868-5194 for an RMA # before returning the item to us.  The RMA # must be requested within 21 days of your purchase and the item should be received within 7 days of receiving your RMA #.  Returned items must be received by Gtek no longer than 30 days after the purchase date.  After 30 days there are no refunds. 

The item should be received with all the orginal containers, including documentation.  We recommend using a shipping service that can track your package.
